Iran is on the brink of launching nuclear weapons on Israel and the Mossad is tasked to do something to stop the Ayatollahs. Mossad Director, Avi Ben Jacob was made aware by a bygone U.S. President, of a seemingly failed Army experiment. This experiment, Operation Fading Light, has eighteen dead GI's in its wake. Three young, ambitious army officers ran the operation. Roland Blasingame, Ronald Ellsbury and the scientific genius behind the project Joseph Harper. Blasingame and Harper now wear general's stars and Ellsbury is the White House Chief of Staff. Harper is tasked to keep the deaths of the GI's from becoming public and ruining their careers. Harper, however has his own agenda.
The two surviving 'volunteers' of Fading Light, Navy Seal Clayton Butler and GAO accountant Dominik Vohs find out that the project was not necessarily the failure everyone thought it to be.
Ben Jacob must recruit Butler and Vohs to use their 'special' powers to help prevent another holocaust.
Iran sends its best assassins to protect its plan to reduce Israel to radioactive ash while Harper is taking care of loose ends using Delta level contract agents so that anyone remotely involved with Fading Light is stalked by murder. Butler and Vohs must do what they can for Israel, but face the challenge of the 'special' considerations Harper has engineered.

Fading Light is a great read. I enjoyed being pulled into this story, lurking behind the shadows and living a little bit through each of the heroes and villains. The characters are rough but honest, with a story that twists and turns enough to keep your eyes glued. I think this is the beginning of a wonderful relationship with a new author.Product details

Just started it have not read one like it since. The sum of all fears. Will update when finished. Tomorrow
I had been looking for a read that would completely engross me from the beginning and Fading Light delivered. The gripping storyline and believable characters made it near impossible to put this book down!
The premise of the book grabs your attention and holds on to you til the end. Highly recommend, good read.
